Thanks Tami and James for introducing me to Trim Blast. I have tried every trick in the book for losing weight. Hi James and Tami, After hitting the age of 40 I noticed my energy and metabolism slowed down so much that I began to put on weight. i have never had a weight problem until this point and always had tons of energy. My husband heard the advertisement on KLLL 96.3 and mentioned it to me as he knows how much this bothers me and I do like to eat, and knows how I struggle with getting this weight off. I am a 45-year-old female. Prior to age 36, I wore a size 3/4. Somewhere after 36 I began to gain a few pounds. I have been rather frustrated the past few months. Where do I begin!  I have tried many weight loss methods that have never shown results this fast and made me feel so good!  In just a little less than two weeks, I can tell an amazing difference. About a month ago, I was sitting down with my grandfather looking at old pictures. Well, I do think you have something here. As you know I was skeptical and only tried it out of curiosity and so I could give you a hard time. My diet has now changed a bit, I am now eating "crow", maybe that is the weight loss formula!

I have been taking Trim Blast for about 3 weeks now, unintentionally skipping a day here and there. What I have noticed is my desire to snack late in the evenings is no longer there, I either just do not think about it or I am not interested, the reason does not matter.

Yesterday I weighed at my doctors office, weighing about an hour after having lunch and I had lost 8 pounds. To make this more interesting, I have not been able to do 'any' exercise for the past two weeks. My selection of foods to eat has not changed, I try to eat healthy but I do splurge from time to time, have my once a week fully loaded cheeseburger today! Now, James do you have something I can put on the "crow" to make it more palatable?

When I first heard about Trimblast, I have to admit I felt it was just too good to be true. I grew up in a family that took nutrition, exercise and an all around healthy lifestyle very seriously. I am over forty and yes it does get harder the older you get. On top of age I also have a thyroid that doesn\'t work as well as everyone. I take one capsule about 30 minutes before breakfast and forget about it. In about a week I started realizing I wasn't near as hungry all the time and when I did eat I just didn't eat as much as I used to.
