Tami Cooprider was born in Hutchinson, Kansas in January of 1958. Tami was raised in the small town of Yoder, KS. She attended Hutchinson Jr. College, then married at 19 years of age. Tami has three grown children, Lee, Craig and Shevy. She has two wonderful daughters-in-law, Ashley and Cari and one sun-in-law, Mike as well. Tami is blessed with four gradchildren, Jaci Rae, Taylee Jae, Jett Matthew and Bo Colorado.

At 40 years of age, she realized that being healthy was important to her and became more health conscious. Tami noticed that it was harder to lose those unwanted pounds and inches. She also wanted to look and feel younger. After trying various ways and methods to lose weight, she decided to find a way to lose and keep it off.

At 50 years old, after losing the pounds and inches, Tami is excited about the healthier lifestyle she is living and wants to share the products that Total Lifestyle Complete has to offer with others.

James Henry, Jr. was born in Memphis, TN in 1958, he attended the University of Tennessee in Martin, TN. James has over 20 years of experience in health care related fields. Married at 21 years of age, James has three children. Julie, 26 yrs old, Jennifer, 24 yrs old, and James III, 21 yrs old. James has a wonderful son-in-law, Brent, 26 yrs old. He is proud of his three grandchildren. Jacob, 7 yrs old, Sarah Katherine, 5 yrs old, and Audrey, 2 years old.

James admits that in his lifetime being healthy has not always been of importance to him. He struggled with his weight even as a teenager. After reaching the age of 40, seeing his family and friends developing health problems related to being overweight, he decided he needed to put his health as a priority in his life. Trying many products to lose weight, he found he would lose pounds and inches, just to gain them back again and again. After quitting smoking, he gained an additional 30 pounds in just a few short months.
